You are responsible for determining your own fitness and medical readiness. The activities range from gentle (beach walks, wine tasting) to active (pickleball, hiking, kayaking) — most can be enjoyed at your own pace. Please disclose any medical conditions and dietary requirements in advance.

Yes — valid travel and medical insurance for the full duration is essential, and you are responsible for holding a valid passport and any required visa for South Africa. International flights are not included unless stated.
