- Booking details: retreat selected, guest details, dietary and medical/accessibility notes, emergency contact.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and usage data via cookies/analytics.
- Content: photos, videos, reviews and communications you provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
To process and manage your booking; arrange accommodation, transfers, meals and activities with suppliers; communicate with you before, during and after the retreat; handle payments and refunds; meet legal and safety obligations; and — with your consent — send marketing.
3. Lawful Basis
We process your information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating the retreats, and — for marketing — on the basis of your consent.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share information only as needed to deliver your retreat — with accommodation providers, transport and activity operators, and our payment processor — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Some suppliers or processors may be located outside South Africa; where they are, we take reasonable steps to ensure adequate protection.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to processing; withdraw consent to marketing at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
